A recently constructed harbor includes a small boat launch ramp, floatplane dock, and moorage for small craft in fingered slips. There is 250 feet of moorage space for larger commercial vessels. The community is connected to the Prince of Wales Island road system, which includes both logging and paved roads. A paved highway from Coffman cove extends to 11 miles from Naukati Bay. From there a US forest Service gravel road, is under reconstruction in preparation for paving.
